  Since the changes in WordPress interface I cannot follow the instructions given in Transferring Your Blog to Another WordPress.com User or Account > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

  Any idea how to transfer a site (blog) to another WordPress.com account nowadays?

  On the new interface, the left site would have WP Admin which would give you access to the Dashboard. From that point, you can use the help file you mentioned. :)
