Transferrng a Domain/Payment Option

Hi there,
I originally set up a website for my church and araahged the domain and the payment options.
I have reliquished control of the site to another user, who is set up as an Admin for all aspects of the site.
I have tried logging in under what I think is the email address I used to set up the site but it does not seem to be allowing me to change the dewtails and the new Admin person cannot enter his banking details into the setting in order to set up auto annual payments for our plan and domain.
Can someone please assist with this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there, it looks like you transferred the domain to the other user, but not the hosting plan. Do you want to move that upgrade to them as well?
These steps should have worked, but if not we can move the plan to the other user from our side. Please just confirm whether that is what you’d like to do.
Also, they should be able to add payment details for the domain at least. If they can’t, once they have the plan ownership in place, they can open a chat and ask for help.

Oh, also I realized there’s a third user involved here:
– one owns the site
– another owns the domain
– and you own the planWe can help you get this sorted out, though! Just let us know which user should have what and we can walk you and the other user through.
