Transfers domain from one wordpress account to another wordpress account

  I want to transfer the domain I just bought from one wordpress account to another wordpress account.

  How do I do it and do I have to pay? I don’t want every domain name to be redirected to the same place.

  Just to clarify, are you looking to transfer the domain from one of your WordPress.com site’s to another? Or do you have a completely different WordPress.com user account that you want to transfer it to?
