Transfers, Upgrades, Fees, running costs, etc

    Hello, I currently have a ecommerce website hosted by another. I would like to transfer my site over to WordPress/wooCommerce. Can you let me know how easy this would be? would I have to start again from scratch or can I some how transfer the design and contents. Can I also have an idea of what your running cost are for an eCommerce site?

    Hi there
    E-commerce and WooCommerce are not supported by WordPress.COM. There are no packages here that do. Your current hosting provider could install WordPress software for your use. Content hosted at places NOT WordPress.com are known as self-hosted.

    If you choose to do this, you will have many more questions, few of which could be answered here. There is a whole other set of forums and support documentation meant for self-hosted sites like yours over at https://en.forums.wordpress.org
