A few months ago I took your Premium service and I have problems transferring my domain name I would like support for this … Also I am asked to pay some website template and Premium gives access to all Templates what to do to prevent the payment request and choose freely what I want.

Do you mean that you want to transfer the domain which was registered by WordPress.com to another domain registrar? If so, the following support page helps you to perform it. Did you try domain transfer by following this support page?If you mean that incoming domain transfer to WordPress.com from another registrar, WordPress.com doesn’t support it currently.

This definitely sounds strange. If you have the Premium upgrade, you can access all of the themes on WordPress.com without any charge. This thread is being tagged for staffs already. Let’s wait for assistance from staffs.

Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and the site, http://clicmediaca.wordpress.com/, is on the free plan.
What is the URL of the site for which you bought the Premium Plan? You need to be logged in as the username you used to purchase the upgrade in order to access live chat, activate Premium themes on that site, or manage the domain.
