Transfert wordpress domain to wix

    Hi,
    Sorry for my english.
    I bought a subscription personnal on wordpress and have a domain called gymtester.com
    Wordpress was too hard for my usage and I bought another subscription on Wix.
    Why can’t I transfer it ? What have I to do on wordpress..?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you cancelled gymtester.com on 28 November. If you cancel a domain you are no longer the owner. You cannot transfer something if you don’t own it. Additionally new domains cannot be transferred for 60 days.

    But it looks like gymtester.com has already been released, so we don’t control it any more. You should be able to buy it directly from Wix.
