Transitioned to new platform

    I have moved away from wordpress to another platform and when I try to direct my domain to the new platform it seems to send it to something in wordpress. I get this error message ‘Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.

    How do I correct this? Thanks kindly

    Hi there!

    What is the domain in question? Is this about abii.ca? If so, you’ll need to change the nameservers on it, so they don’t point to WordPress.com anymore. The domain is not registered here, though, so we can’t help with this. It’s something you’ll want to do directly from your registrar’s page. I hope that helps :)
