Transitioning a Site to Elementor

    Hello. I was recently handed a website to switch over from it’s current workings of code and the wordpress editing tools to making everything via Elementor. The current theme is Makido. There are aspects of this theme I am trying to remove in WordPress editor so I can build everything in Elementor. One thing I am trying to remove is the header. I successfully removed it in WordPress but now my Elementor pieces overlapping with with the top bar to where I can’t edit them. I would appreciate help on this question and open to any suggestions people have in transferring a complete website over to Elementor. Thanks!
