Transitioning to wordpress

  I run a small company where i build e commerce sites for people im currently a shopify customer but have not been happy with their recent support im looking to transition and have a few questions. Can you connect a point of sales system to a wordpress site or does wordpress have one available? Can i add videos to sites without coding if so how large can the files be and how large can image files be? Is it easy to get ahold of wordpress support if there is an issue?
