    Hi there,

    Unfortunately the type of automatic translation that you have described is not possible in WordPress.com. We do not allow javascript, nor for you to edit the meta descriptions on your site.

    The only way you could do what you are looking for is for you to manually translate your site and to leave translated versions of each page online for visitors to review.
