Translate 'comment area' Jetpack into Vietnamese language

  Dear admin,

  I tried many solution to make ‘comment area’ available in Vietnamese language but It doesn’t work.
  I searched original strings (‘Enter your comment here…’, ‘You are commenting using your %s .’, ‘Notify me of follow-up comments via email.’,…) in everywhere but not found.
  Finally, I known that they are hosted by wordpress.com. So, I translated them online https://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom/vi/default
  And Can you let me know when they will come to my blog in Vietnamese http://huytuduy.com/website-hoat-dong-nhu-the-nao/ hosted by myself
  It works on wpcom http://huytuduy.wordpress.com/2014/06/25/dang-mot-bai-mau/

  Hi,
  I tried it on my test site (not WordPress.com) and it looks fine:

  I noticed your self-hosted site’s language is set to Vietnamese, but with lang=”vi-VN” language code in the header (mine is lang=”vi”).

  Could you check your wp-config.php file?
