translate pull down function for international readers?

  I want to make my blog available to readers with different language needs and have created a translation pull down through Google, but can’t embed on my blog. Help!

  I’m sorry but Google translation widgets are Javascript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this mutiuser blogging platform. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload plugins.
