Translating sites/blogs to enable reading of them. Is there a tab/widget?

    How does one translate a site into (say) English? I looked at the Translation FAQ and found only info on the process of translation by volunteers. I would like to translate a site into English from time to time. Hopefully, too, when my site is up and running, it will be translated by others from English into their language – is there a tab to enable this?
