Translating values inside site builder

  The theme “Wedding Bride” (https://wordpress.org/themes/wedding-bride/) has a “Homepage Builder” section when customizing it, which allows the user to input the values for the different sections of the site.

  How can the values entered in the textbox (in the example above: “Our story” and “Test”) be translated in different languages depending on the locale of the user?
