translating widget

  Hi! I found this great free app that works in HTML and has a plugin for wordpress. For some reason using a text/html widget and putting in the html code doesn’t work and obviously we can’t upload a plugin – do you know why the html wouldn’t work or if I can make it work?

  We can’t use Microsoft or Google translation widgets or others as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
