translating wordpress messages like "posted on" and so on

  i got some plugins to translate my blog content, but i need a way to translate 100% of the site, is there a way to do it? what i mean is messages like “posted on” , “leave your comments” and many others are still in english, and my blog is in spanish, and it doesnt look professional

  i hope someone can take me off my question is been killing me since days.

  thats not the blog im worried about, its another one for my clients, its

  http://www.avanxa.mx, is in spanish but i got those wordpress messages
