  Through this forum I found this link that helped me finding a way to translate my blog:

  But I am looking for help with 2 issues:
  1 – My blog is in Portuguese and I want to add English Language to the list of languages available on the translation tool. How do I do that?
  2 – How do I link the widget (with the flags) to a static page with the translation tool?

  The way it is now it just takes the readers to a website where they have to type the blog address and then translate. I don’t think it is too obvious now.
