Translation Button

Hi! I added the translation button. Do my readers have to fill in all the information or am I supposed to add my own flags?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

what is point of such banner?(i mean http://free-website-translation.com) imho, it’s pointless… if you want that your visitors saw your site in their native language just use google translator without any third part app. eg. if you want see your site in lithuanian place banner like(it’s working example, picture took from wikipedia): <img src=”http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/11/Flag_of_Lithuania.svg/125px-Flag_of_Lithuania.svg.png” alt=”vertimas”/>
you’ll see lithuanian flag, if you press on that you’ll be redirected to translated your blog. to me this makes more sense then your variant -

There are code restrictions on WordPress.com blogs. The software is programmed to strip some codes like Javascript to preserve security. WordPress.com is a multi-user platform which means we all share the same underlying files and bad script introduced on one blog could bring down many. The only translation button I have found that will operate on WordPress.com blogs, due to our code restrictions is found here > Translation widget for WordPress.com blogs If you prefer to have a Translations page then that is also included in the post I linked to as well.

Yes you readers must enter the language choice.
No this widget does not provide flags of any kind.
If you wish you can place a Flagcounter in a text widget. -
What you are saying then, is that the reader will see, on my blog, the translation button on the left hand column, click on it and that page I see, when I click on it, is the same one they see, is that it? Am I understanding this correctly?
The flags on the button are not the ones I want? I want to add the Italian flag also. Can I? or it’s not necessary? I am quite new at this. -
The flags are on that translation button are decorative only. They were chosen by the person who created it and they have nothing to do with the function of the widget. If every flag for every country were on that little button it would be huge.

What other stuff are you referring to?
- The readers click the widget.
- Translate your website – free and automatic page opens
- Original Language ___ (readers select it)
- Target Language____ (readers select it)
- Website ___(readers type in the URL)
- TRANSLATE – (readers click that button and the blog is then translated into the language they chose.
