  Thanks for your suggestion! There isn’t currently a Maltese translation but you may want to consider opening a language in the open source project (WordPress.org) first:

  https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/requesting-a-new-locale/

  If Maltese is active there we can consider adding it to WordPress.com aswell :)
