  Yes, but it is a bit manual if you are not on the Business Plan or above since it needs some plugins to automate the process.

  On the Premiun plan, you can create separate pages or posts for each language and link them together using custom menus. This approach allows you to manually translate your content into different languages.

  Please note that while this options is available on the Premium plan, they may not offer the same level of integration and features as plugins like WPML or TranslatePress, which are accessible on Business and Commerce plans.
