Translation of the whole blog

Hi!
I’m a strange man, who create my own language, the “gelota” (but I’m not alone, cf. http://conlang.org/). In order to illustrate and ameliorate it, I decided to create a blog, wrote only in this conlang. I’m translating the titles of my widgets; but can I translate the buttons like “Leave a comment” or the messages like “Create a free website or blog at wordpress.com”?

Hi there. I don’t think you’ll be allowed to change the footer messages. The Terms of Service state the attribution in the footer must be legible at all times and I don’t think a made-up language will count as legible.
As for the rest: The “Leave a comment” message can be changed under Settings ->Discussion in the dashboard.
For other changes, like the “Posted in…” at the bottom of posts you’ll need the custom design upgrade so you can override the theme by adding your own CSS.
