Translation of theme

Hi, I have contacted customer service for this theme, but they don’t reply. Does anyone else have this expirence? I am not sure if I want to purchase a theme from someone who doesn’t deliver good customer service.
However, my question is. Does anyone know if this theme can be translated? And can I add images in the right sidebar with links?

Please see the Gather theme support page for details that are absent from the Gather theme guide, including theme author information and a link to the Gather premium theme support forum. If you submit this request to the latter, then it is likely that the theme author will respond.

The Gather theme you mentioned is a third party theme for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog. Third party themes can not be uploaded to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
If you wanting to use WordPress.com, you’ll need choose from the themes below or the one @musicdoc1 linked to:

Hi, thank you. I am aware of that, and I do have a wordpress.org blog. But I don’t have no experience with HTML codes, and translation, so I want the theme to be translated ready :)

For your self-hosted blog, I would reach out on the WordPress.org forums:
They should be able to better assist you if there is a way for the theme to be translated to your liking.
