    Currently, we do not offer a widget with translator features at WordPress.com. You can read more about the widgets we do offer here:

    As you mentioned, users at WordPress.com cannot install plugins or use Javascript so I’m afraid this will not be possible at the moment. One option would be to set-up multiple pages on your site in the different languages you would like to translate text into. So, for example, you could have an About Me page in English then another in French and Spanish if you would like.
