Hi,
I would like to insert a button to have my blog translated from Portuguese to English. Is there a Google translator?
tks, SilviaThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can use this small widget in a text widget like I do > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/02/14/translation-widget-for-wordpress-com-blogs/

Hi, many tks!
but I copied the code to translate to 53 different languages, and it is translating your blog “a cool blog” and not mine. also I would like it to be translated from portuguese to english..
tks -
You would have to replace “onecoolsitebloggingtips.com” with your own blog’s URL (address) throughout that entire code everywhere it appears. But why do that? You can use the code for the small sidebar widget I provided the link to above in a text widget instead. The code for the small widget is in that post > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/02/14/translation-widget-for-wordpress-com-blogs/

I also updated my translation work-around. Take a look at it on my blog – Resources – Translate.

@ismailimail
Hey there,
There’s a simple little translation button we can post the code for into a text widget. In this case I think it’s the best choice to make. Don’t you? -
@timethief, I see that you’re using a link to a Page where you have translation links in tables. Is this what you’re referring to above? The other link is taking me to an external service. I had a similar Page which I have just replaced with links in the Menu.

Above link should translate your blog into English. You can just link it up into a text widget.
