Transliteration from Cyrillic to Latin

  Hi guys (especially WordPress.com Team), the issue about translitiration from Cyrillic to Lating in slugs is still actual.

  It’s very important for me (and not only for me) to be able to translitirate slugs for categories and tags, or at least abilty to change slugs manually.

  Please, check the issue one more time, and thik what we can do for this.
