Transparency around Images for Stay Theme
-
Hello!
I’ve entered codes to change background transparency, which seems to work in the preview, but when saved and published, aren’t showing up as wished. Please see image for what I mean:
https://thelifemonk.files.wordpress.com/2016/10/wordpressexample.jpgI was also wondering if I could reduce the transparency on the text container as well?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello there!
It looks like you nearly had the right code in your custom CSS area already, just one minor adjustment needed:
#masthead img, #featured-content img, #recent-content img, .entry-content img, .entry-thumb img, .comment-content img, .widget img { border: none; background: transparent; }Then to make the content area transparent (let me know if you wanted it only partially transparent instead):
.hentry { background-color: transparent; }Let me know if that doesn’t work!
