Transparency in Header
-
I created a header in Photoshop CS 5. I made it 820 by 250 pixels. I made sure the background was transparent. I added text to new layers. I saved the file as a .gif (then as a .png when that didn’t work). I made sure that the transparency box was checked when I saved it. I uploaded the header, but it is still showing with a white background. Help, please!

If you had the custom design upgrade, this can be fixed with CSS. The header area has a white background color declared. Your image is fine. It is the background of the header area.

Thank you for your answer.
So there is no way to upload an image to use in the heading unless you want a white background? Or pay for the custom design upgrade?
