  I made my logo transparent, but it’s not transparent on wordpress, but it’s transparent on another program.

  I checked another forum post, but I didn’t get a clear answer.
  I guess it’s not working with free plan, I have to buy a plan to make it transparent right? I am planning to buy “Personal” plan, is it working with that?

  Hi @netbusinessbro, for some reason you have a jpg selected currently. Can you customize your site identity and ensure you’ve selected a .png first, then update us here if it’s still not transparent?

  All right. It’s now solved. It didn’t show it as transparent until I saved changes. Thank you.
