TRAPPED in a WP Circle

    I moved my site : MeridaGOround.wordpress.com became MeridaGOround.com
    But I can’t confirm BLOGS I FOLLOW because confirmation pertains to my old blog address, is invisible.
    Example : I recently subscribed to WordCamp dates and news. Request for confirmation arrives in my personal email, but when I confirm, it goes to ‘the ether’ – never showing up on BLOGS I FOLLOW, which is years behind. This ‘bi-polarity’ between wordpress dot org, and wordpress dot com has me truly vexed.
    I’ve tried updating my profile, but that confirmation went into ‘making sausage’ too, and I cannot find it. What to do? (There is no opportunity at BLOGS I FOLLOW to revise or repeat my request to update my profile.)
    Please help. I really am me! ~eric.
