  Howdy –

  I’ll be happy to help. Generally, there’s 2 ways to do this, depending on how long the domain has been registered.

  See, it’s not possible to transfer a domain, regardless of the registrar, until it reaches 60 days old. If you need to move it before that time you’d want to edit the DNS records to point it to the new provider.

  With that said, there isn’t a domain registered on this account. Let me know which domain you are working on so I can confirm the options you have.
