Trasfering subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org with jetpack

  Dear Support team,

  I have just exported my blog from wordpress.com to WordPress.org and I want to bring both my email and wordpress.com subscribers with me. I have read on forums that Jetpack now has the ability to do this, still I understood that I have to open a ticket somewhere here.

  The blog I need help with is flutureledepiatra.ro, and was http://flutureledepiatra.wordpress.com/ which I want to transfer to a self-hosted site using wordpress.org, with JetPack installed and configured.
  I would like to transfer all my blog and email subscribers to my blog and comments to the self-hosted site.
