  Is the trash emptied automatically every so often, and, if so, is there anyway to retreive something that I didn’t want deleted?

  Hi There,

  The item moved to trash would be deleted after 30 days. There is no way to restore it after it is permanently deleted. Below is a link for more info on the Trash feature.

  Delete a Page or Post

  Hope that helps and it has been less then 30 days. :)
