  Hi! Just so I understand correctly, are you intending to have a ‘static’ front page (which doesn’t show your blog posts), and then have your blog posts show up on a different page?

  If so, then you may be interested in this guide which tells you how to set your preferred front page in the Settings > Reading section of your site management, and also how to set on which page your blog posts should appear.:
