  It seems that your above website is using the standalone WP software. For support issues you’ll want to head over to the correct forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that same page.

  thank you. This is all a bit confusing to me. I have signed up but there are no live chat and not having any idea of stuff like this without a step by step guide to help me through the minefield I’m still confused. The information given is way over my head! I thought WordPress gave live chat assistance. I can’t even find where I can send an email to request assistance.
