TravelPod file import

  Good morning
  I am trying to import my TravelPod archive file into my wordpress blog. But WordPress is rejecting the file. I’ve contacted TravelPod for a new file to replace the existing one with the specific file already.
  Is there something wrong on the WordPress side?
