Travesty theme problems

I purchased the Travesty theme a few days ago. I have a problem with the primary sidebar. It won’t allow me to drag and drop gadgets and continues to have the following message show up: ” Primary Sidebar Widget Area” “This is the Primary Sidebar Wiedget Area. You can add content to this area by visiting your Widgets Panel and adding new widgets to this area.” I can, huh? Au Contrare. Any help, please? Perhaps I shouldn’t have picked something with the name “travesty” – was that a warning?

That theme is not available at WordPress.com I’m sorry to report that you have accidentally posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. Funny. I have a receipt that says it’s from WordPress.com. I’m posting below. I’ve already had the runaround from WordPress.ORG and from StudioPress/CopyBlogger. Could you kindly point me to the refund department of WordPress.com? I’ve spent hours and on and I am about to give up!

If you have purchased a premium theme, you need to deal with staff directly. Volunteers in the forum aren’t familiar with the theme, and cannot help you.

Ahhh Tapestry not Travesty.
When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard.
