  have tried numerous times to remove one email address and add another. The emails are still going to the old email address.
  Old to remove: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  New email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi @antiquegirl, are you trying to remove this from another account? If so, can you log in as that user first?

  Noting too, the second address you listed is already in use by this account. So you’ll need to use a different address or an alias of the one you have. Let us know if you need help with this!

  Rec’d another Treasure Coast Natives post to (email visible only to moderators and staff) this morning INSTEAD OF TO (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please, please make this change.

  Okay. Here’s what I recommend:

  1. Log out here: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  2. Log in as citrusnps.

  3. Head to https://wordpress.com/me/account

  4. Change the address, but use an alias of the address you want.

  One easy alias in your case would be to add a dot before the number in the address. For example, instead of (email visible only to moderators and staff) use (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  With that extra dot, our system will recognize it as a different address, but your mail provider will ignore the dot and treat it like your real address, and the confirmation email will deliver there seamlessly. While still logged in, confirm the change.

  You’ll be all set.
