Tree view of pages on the left or top bar
-
I like to see tree view of pages on the left or top bar when I turn off full screen mode.
Thanks. -
Hi there,
You can insert the Page List block in your site’s sidebar widget area. You can find more information about this block here:
https://wordpress.com/support/full-site-editing/theme-blocks/page-list-block/
Please note that for this to work you need to have a theme that displays a sidebar.

Hi there,
Can you tell us the URL of the site you need help with?
What exactly do you mean by Admin bar? We understand that term to be the bar at the very top of the screen, containing the headings “My Sites”, “Reader”, the “Write” button, and the profile and notification icons.
Options appearing in the WordPress.com admin bar aren’t configurable, i.e. there’s no way to change how that works or what information is displayed. The WordPress.com admin bar looks the same for all sites and accounts on WordPress.com.
If you’re speaking of something else, can you be a bit more specific: what is the exact URL of the page you’re looking at, and can you describe which part of the page are you trying to change?

I know that the admin bar is not configurable now.
This is my suggestion for convenience and efficiency. There is also plugin for this.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-tree-page-view/
I think this feature should be implemented without plugin. -
Thanks for clarifying, and for the suggestion.
But it’s unlikely that we’ll add something like this – our aim is for the admin bar menu on WordPress.com to be as close as possible to how the admin bar menu looks in WordPress Core, so unless this gets built into the core WordPress software itself, it also won’t be implemented on WordPress.com.

If you’d like to suggest this as an addition to the core WordPress software, the forums over on WordPress.org is the best place for that:
