treeguna.com I cant upload custom theme why?

My friends from treeguna.com have asked me to help them finish layout their website. I have downloaded a free theme that I like but can’t find the option to upload it from the Dashboard. It’s strange because I can do this just fine when working on my sininvierno.com website. I assume this is not a mistake but rather a limitation from the type of account they have..? But can’t find confirmation anywhere. Would you please explain to me what’s going on so I can understand exactly what our options to improve their website are? Thank you so much.

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
