Trere is no bookmark PLUGINS on my Dashboard

  Dear Sirs,
  I had try to add some pluggings, but could not find bookmark “plugins” on my admin panel and link wp-content/plugins is unavailible… please help to add plugin to WP.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs. We cannot install pluigns or third party themes. Please read this for greater clarity > WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
