Trial custom design for Manifest theme

Trial custom design for Manifest theme does not work. I have tried it in several browsers getting the same outcome: nothing. There is no change for fonts, for example.

Hello there, you can only preview custom design, you cannot save any of your changes to view on your site. Here are the details about the Custom Design upgrade:

Maybe I didn’t explain it well. I know that the changes in trial custom design are not saved. But even the changes in trial custom design ARE NOT PREVIEWED.

Thank you for that extra detail! Could you send me a screenshot of what you’re viewing when you try to preview fonts? Please click Appearance → Customize in your Dashboard. Then, take some screenshots after you try to preview fonts. When I am logged into your account, I’m not having trouble with the preview. Please see these two experiments:

Excuse me for my delay. Both before and after the changes of fonts I have the SAME output. THE SAME. NO CHANGE.

First, can you go here and make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser?

And, can you try clearing your cache and cookies and refreshing the Customizer? Here’s a guide on how to do this:
Lastly, can you check which extensions you have enabled in your browser? Let me know what you have listed (or take a screenshot) and I’ll check if any of those conflict with the Customizer.
