Trial for Premium Upgrade

  Hi, I’m a new member here.
  Trialed the Premium Upgrade earlier but realized that I don’t need the full functions of it – only needed a domain and probably, the mapping.

  However, I’ve accidentally cancelled the whole package, which includes the domain and the private registration. Now I cannot purchase the same domain again and my information is publicly listed (something I do not want). Is there any way for me to purchase this domain and privatizing my details? The wordpress support doesn’t allow me to contact them directly and it’s really frustrating.

  You can buy the domain and mapping without having to buy the Premium bundle. However, not the same cancelled domain as you understand.

  You can make your blog private by following the steps in the Privacy Settings support document.

  Only users with paid upgrades are entitled access to Staff although staff do respond to the queries in these forums when topics are tagged for their attention.

  Now my main question is if it’s possible for me to undo domain cancellation?

  I don’t think reversing the domain cancellation is possible.

  After cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back.

  Hi!

  I was not able to restore it to your account, but it became available again for re-registration. It looks like you’ve already registered the domain again. Give us a shout if you have any trouble with the new domain!
