    Hello, I am trying to install a theme I found online. It doesn’t work. I am wondering how can I trial your ‘business plan’ upgrade to see if I like it? Thanks

    Hi, there’s no free trial for the Business Plan, as many of our expenses are up front. But we do offer a 30 day refund if needed:

    Note our service provides hosting and management, as well as support with paid plans. Outside plugins and themes add complexity to that, so we do require a business plan for that.

    Or, you can buy hosting elsewhere, and set up your own free WordPress installation there. Just note many hosts do not offer WordPress management and support, or they charge extra for it.
