Trialing the eCommerce Plan

  Hi,

  I have a couple of questions – firstly, I am on the free plan currently, and I can’t seem to change the design of the main menu? I want to change the font and the colours… is this possible with the free plan?

  Also, is it possible to trial the eCommerce plan? I really need to see if it can implement my store before I buy. I am on Wix at the moment but somebody on the forums – link below – assured me that I could do implement the product page as I wanted.

  You can modify the fonts your site uses here, under the Fonts tab on the left:

  There is also a “Colors” tab on that same page (just above the Fonts tab) and you can customize the site colors there. You can see how to change the colors in this video here: https://d.pr/v/mZjuD0

  We do not offer free trials, but do have a 30 day refund period if you decide to change your mind.

  Regarding the other forum posting you shared a link to, I can confirm the info there is correct. However, I do recommend (as the person in that post did) that you reach out to the WooCommerce pre-sales team to be sure you get the correct extension to set up your shop to correctly accept product dimensions.

  To do that, go to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and then choose the “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase” option on that page, and let the team there know more about what you are trying to set up. Hope this helps!
