I had a look at your site’s Reader feed at https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/107370936, and it’s showing your most recent post for me. Can you tell me where you’re looking that you don’t see it?
Unrelated, but I notice you have over 50 sticky posts on your site, including all your most recent posts.
The Sticky post feature is meant for if you want to display one or two of your older posts at the top of the front page of your site, before the most recent posts. So there’s really no need to sticky your most recent posts, as they’re already at the top.
Having that many sticky posts can also break the front page of your site, and prevent older posts from loading correctly when you get to the bottom of the page. So I strongly recommend you un-sticky all those posts, and not mark more than two or three posts as sticky at a time, should you want to feature an older post for a while.
