Tricky Problem: _Trashed/ URL Issue in WordPress w/ Redirects

    Hey everyone,

    I’m having an issue with a URL that has _trashed/ in the URL that redirects to the appropriate URL name. It is causing a lot of issues and I’m having trouble figuring out how to fix it. Here’s what I’ve tried:
    – Deleting any pages in the Trashed Folder
    – Deleting any pages in the Draft and then trashed folder
    – Clearing Cache on browser
    – Clearing Cache of website

    Here’s the URL: langanfinancialgroup.com/about-us__trashed/financial-calculators/

    Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

    To resolve this, you can either:

    1. Restore the parent page
    2. Set the child page to have no parent

    The first option will keep your initial URL structure.

    The second option will change the URL of your child page to:

    https://mysite.com/mychildpage/

    Which one is best for you will depend on your needs.
