Tried changing website prefix now its gone!

  Hi,
  Our charity website at http://www.whitchurch.org.uk was recognised by WordPress.com at http://test.whitchurch.org.uk (there is a River Test in town?).

  I tried changing it but couldn’t find a way so I deleted the one prefixed with ‘test’ and then tried adding the one starting with ‘www’ (doesn’t actually need the www, and maybe that is why WordPress originally saw it as ‘test’?).

  However the site said I now had to pay US$18.

  Can you please restore the charity’s access to its website via the WordPress.com dashboard please?
