Tried several times to change USERNAME

  I have tried everything but cannot change my USERNAME.
  At the moment it is RICHPEOPLESADVICE.
  But I want to change it to SOS-NET or sos-net.

  What am I doing wrong..?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot register a username with that dash – in it. No punctuation is allowed.
