tried to change my URL and everything turned bad

  I wanted to change my url and because I was being stupid, I went to settings and changed it there. Now my site has a default theme and I don’t have access to my wordpress dashboard. The only thing I can do is get into my cPanel in bluehost and try to add those 2 lines to the wp-config.php. I did that and still nothing. I have read what seems like every wordpress forum trying to figure out what to do, but I really don’t understand code so it’s all like a foreign language to me. Please help, I don’t know what else to do.
