Tried to change URL, got locked out?

  Hi, I tried to change the URL for my site in the General Settings tab. It didn’t work, and now I’m locked out of WordPress on the admin page that I use for the site. When I try to login, WordPress states that the account is closed. I created this profile so somebody could provide insight how to access the site and change the URL back, because right now the main page of the site is down.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
